How to Avoid Surprises

• Send clear photos of the gate, hinges and post base when requesting quotes. • Measure gate size & post condition to confirm if timber replacement is needed. • Reserve parking close to the gate for toolboxes and concrete bags. • Clear vegetation around hinges and latch area before the visit. • Confirm the gate swings to the correct side and meets boundary rules if height adjustments are needed.
