• Inspect building foundations, basement walls and balconies to identify water ingress points

• Assess existing waterproofing membranes and determine areas of deterioration

• Remove and replace failing membranes or apply liquid waterproofing coatings as required

• Repair structural cracks and reseal joints before re-applying the waterproofing system

Most structural waterproofing projects require 1–2 days to complete. Extra time may be needed if major repairs or additional curing periods are necessary.
