Scope of Works

• Clear debris, dispose of waste and protect adjacent plants; use PPE and control dust

• How will you match replacement bricks and mortar colour to the existing wall?

• Do you expect to need scaffolding or permits for working at height and what is the cost?

• What warranty do you offer on brickwork and mortar, and what does it exclude?

• How will you handle unexpected structural issues or additional costs if found on excavation or removal?

• Provide clear, level access to the wall and space for materials and a waste skip

• Tell the tradie about buried services, roots or drains near the wall

• Arrange parking close by or confirm loading/unloading restrictions with the tradie

• Check whether scaffolding or permits are needed for your property or conservation area

• Protect plants, fences and neighbouring property before work starts
