Regular Window Cleaning Service 

Scope of Works

• Confirm cleaning frequency (monthly, bi‑monthly or quarterly) and agree the number of panes/floors.

• Dust and rinse window frames, sills and vents before glass work.

• Wash exterior glass with pure water pole system or traditional applicator & squeegee; wipe seals.

• Interior glass cleaned on scheduled visits if requested, using separate cloth sets.

• Remove cobwebs and wipe down doors, skylights or conservatory panels included in the contract.

• Leave a brief job‑completion notification (text or card) noting access issues or damaged seals.

• Record any maintenance concerns (failed mastic, cracked panes) for the homeowner.

Time on Site

A routine clean of a typical three‑bed semi takes 30–60 minutes.Allow extra time for large conservatories, interior glass, third‑storey access, paint‑spatter removal or first‑visit deep cleans.

1. Do you use pure‑water pole or ladders, and how do you protect frames/flower‑beds?

2. Is the first clean priced higher than subsequent visits, and what does it include?

3. Will you clean frames, sills and doors every visit or glass only?

4. Are you fully insured for ladder work and accidental glass breakage?

5. How do you handle bad‑weather cancellations—automatic reschedule or next cycle?

6. Can I switch to inside‑only or skip a month without penalty?

7. Do you offer eco‑friendly detergents or filtered‑water systems to reduce spotting?
   

How to Avoid Surprises

• Reserve driveway or kerb space for the van so poles reach all elevations.

• Unlock side gates and move fragile pots or furniture clear of windows.

• Tell the cleaner about alarm sensors or open vents before interior work.

• Note any loose putty, flaking paint or failed seals that could dislodge under the brush.

• Get a written schedule & price list covering first clean, regular visits, extras and VAT.
