Scope of Works

• Arrival & safety set‑up – assess access, place warning cones, isolate sockets near water‑feed.

• Exterior clean – brush and rinse panes, frames and sills with pure‑water pole system; or ladder‑and‑squeegee for small properties.

• Interior clean (if ordered) – use lint‑free cloths and eco detergent; wipe frames, handles and vents.

• Detailing – scrape paint splatters, polish tough mineral spots, clear weep‑holes.

• Final inspection & wipe‑down – remove drips from cills, leave access notes and next‑visit date.

Time on Site

• Small flat (≤8 windows): 20 – 30 minutes.

• Average 3‑bed house: 45 – 60 minutes (ext. only).

• Large house / interiors + roof glass: 1 – 2 hours.

• Adds time: heavy bird mess, conservatory roofs, ladder repositioning on uneven ground, or security alarm resets.

1. Do you use a pure‑water pole system and will frames & sills be included?

2. Is interior cleaning available and how is furniture protected?

3. What frequency discount applies for signing up to a regular round?

4. Are you insured for ladder work and accidental glass damage?

6. Will you notify the day before arrival by text/email?

How to Avoid Surprises 

• Access & parking: leave driveway clear and unlock side gates for hose reel.

• Close windows & vents: prevents drips on interior sills during exterior rinse.

• Remove fragile pots & ornaments: space is needed for ladders or poles.

• Note alarm sensors: disable PIRs that may trigger when cleaners pass windows.

• Agree extras upfront: gutter clears, skylights or conservatory roofs priced separately.

• Fixed written quote: list call‑out, frame cleaning, extras and VAT so the bill lands inside the £120 – £260 bracket shown above.
