Scope of Works

• Inspect the taped joints for separation, cracking or bulging in partition walls.

• Remove any loose or peeling joint tape and old compound.

• Prepare the surface by cleaning and applying a skim coat as required.

• Re-tape the joints using high quality joint tape and apply fresh joint compound.

• Sand the dried compound for a smooth finish and touch up with paint if necessary.
