• Clean and prepare the damaged area, removing loose glaze and ensuring a dust-free surface

• Apply colour-matched epoxy or ceramic repair resin into the crack and consolidate any hairline splits

• Sand, polish and blend repaired area; apply touch-up glaze or clear lacquer for a match to surrounding finish

• Check water‑tightness and advise on cure times and any temporary restrictions on use

• Provide written recommendation and quote if full sink replacement or professional re‑glaze is required

• Which products will you use and are they suitable for potable water contact

• Do you handle waste removal and are there extra charges for disposal or replacement sinks

How to Avoid Surprises

• Clear the area around the sink and protect worktops to allow easy access
