• Refit hardware, clean sight‑lines and wipe down glazing panels.

5. Are you insured for accidental damage to glazing or adjacent brickwork?

6. Will you remove and reinstate hardware or mask it?

7. How do you dispose of paint waste in compliance with local regulations?
   

How to Avoid Surprises

• Reserve parking close to the door for the van and drying rack.

• Confirm sheltered workspace if rain is forecast; a canopy speeds drying.

• Check for lead‑based old paint on period doors—may need specialist handling.

• Provide electric & water for sanding and clean‑up.

• Keep pets/children away while paint is tacky to prevent marks.
