Scope of Works

• Protect floors & furniture with dust-sheets; mask sockets, switches and woodwork.

• Make good surfaces — fill cracks, sand, caulk gaps and spot-prime stains.

• Apply one coat of sealer/primer where needed (new plaster, repaired areas).

• Roll or spray two coats of trade-grade emulsion to walls and ceilings.

• Under-coat and gloss / satin the woodwork (skirting, architraves, doors).

• Remove masking, tidy edges, reinstall hardware and polish surfaces.

• Final snag-check with client; leave touch-up pot and clean site on departure.

Time on Site

• 1 – 2 days for a standard 18 m² room (prep + two coats).

• 2 – 3 days if extensive filling, wallpaper stripping or feature walls are included.

• 4 – 5 days for halls, stairs & landing, high ceilings or multiple rooms.
