• have you worked on Insinkerator models and which ones

• will you provide a written estimate after diagnosis and is the call-out fee deductible from the repair cost

• what warranty do parts and labour carry and are replacement units genuine Insinkerator

• do you need me to clear the cupboard and turn off the isolating switch before you arrive

• if you find electrical faults will you be able to complete rewiring or will a separate electrician be needed

How to Avoid Surprises
