Ant Infestation Treatment Guide

Scope of Works

• Conduct full survey to identify ant species, infestation extent and indoor/outdoor nests. • Deploy targeted control method(s): slow‑acting gel baits, residual sprays, dusts or foam into wall voids, floorboards and garden mounds. • Treat perimeter entry points, skirting gaps, pipe penetrations and patio cracks to stop re‑entry. • Remove visible debris, vacuum dead insects and wipe pheromone trails. • Advise on hygiene, food storage and structural proofing; schedule follow‑up visit if required. • Provide written treatment record and safety data sheets for all chemicals used.

1–2 hours for initial treatment. Extra time if: • Multiple nests or floors need treating. • Cavity walls or lofts require drill‑injection. • Follow‑up visit (7–10 days later) included in package.

How to Avoid Surprises
