Scope of Works

• inspect rollers, tracks and wheels for wear and obstruction

• clean tracks and remove debris and build-up

• lubricate rollers, hinges and lock mechanisms with door-safe products

• adjust door alignment, height and running to stop sticking or dragging

• check and tighten locking multipoint systems, handles and keeps

• replace worn rollers, seals or brush strips if customer approves (parts extra)

• assess frame condition, weather seals and drainage for water ingress or mould

How to Avoid Surprises

• clear access to the door and remove rugs or obstructions

• leave keys and access to all relevant doors and inform trades of alarm codes if needed

• point out previous sticking, leaks or any history of water ingress

• ensure parking for the van close to the property or confirm nearby permit requirements

• advise if the door is in a communal building or needs management approval or working‑at‑height permits
