Scope of Works

• Inspect leather for tears, stretching, dye loss and seam damage

• clean surface and prepare area for repair using leather‑safe products

• repair small tears and holes with adhesive backing, patches or stitching as appropriate

• colour match and apply dye or finishing coat to blend repairs with surrounding leather

• replace or refill foam and cushion cores if required and reattach covers or fastenings

• final inspection and apply protective conditioner as recommended

Most repairs take 1–4 hours on site depending on damage and drying time; complex jobs requiring new panels or off‑site work can take several days including collection and return

• do you have experience with my leather type (aniline, protected, bonded) and can you show examples

• will the quote be fixed or charged hourly and what counts as an extra

• can you test colour match in a hidden area before doing full dye work

• do you collect and return items for off‑site work and are collection costs included

• what guarantee do you provide on repairs and dye stability

How to Avoid Surprises

• send clear photos and measurements and note the leather type and age

• clear access routes and protect floors and carpets before work starts

• check parking and vehicle access for collections to avoid extra call‑out time

• let the tradie know about pets, smoke damage or odours that affect cleaning

• agree staining and dyeing expectations and request a small test patch where possible
