• Rapid response call-out to attend within agreed emergency window. • Assessment of lawn condition and hazards (debris, uneven terrain). • Mowing to specified grass height using ride-on or push mowers. • Edging and strimming around borders, paths and obstacles. • Grass collection into bags or mulching on-site. • Site tidy-up, including removal of clippings and light debris. • Final check to ensure even coverage and client satisfaction.

Typical duration: 1–2 hours per standard lawn. Factors extending duration:

• Larger or overgrown lawns requiring additional passes.

• Complex layouts with flowerbeds, trees or steep gradients.

• Debris removal (branches, litter) before mowing.
