• will you provide a written quote and state any extra charges for difficult access

How to Avoid Surprises

• ensure clear access to the garden and unlock gates before arrival

• provide a parking space or tell the tradie where a van can stop

• remove toys, pots and vehicles from the lawn and mark hidden hazards

• tell the tradie about pets, recent chemicals applied or dog fouling

• agree in advance whether clippings are left as mulch or removed to avoid extra disposal charges
