Scope of Works

• Inspect fuel system and read fault codes to confirm injector issues

• gain access by removing engine covers, manifolds or trim as required

• remove and replace faulty injector(s), fit new seals and clips

• test system and run diagnostics after replacement; code ECU if required

• arrange ultrasonic cleaning or bench testing of removed injectors if requested

• check for fuel leaks, tidy the work area and dispose of contaminated consumables using PPE

Questions to Ask Your Tradie

• do you supply OEM or aftermarket injectors and what is the warranty

• is diagnostics included in the call‑out or charged separately

• will any ECU coding or adaption be needed and is that included in the price

• how many years experience do you have with my vehicle make and engine type

• what happens if further parts are found to be faulty once you open the system

• do you dispose of old injectors and contaminated materials and is there an extra charge

How to Avoid Surprises

• confirm parking and safe working space close to the vehicle

• tell the tradie about previous repairs and any dashboard faults

• check whether parts are kept in stock for your model or may need ordering

• advise about building rules or gated access if working at a flat or shared parking area

• arrange a clear area and keep pets away from the work zone
