Scope of Works

• clear green waste, small branches and general debris and load for removal

• trim and tidy hedges, prune shrubs and small trees (up to 3m) with appropriate safety measures

• mow and edge lawns, remove weeds from beds and borders

• clear patios, paths and drains of moss and debris and sweep up waste

• supply and spread mulch, topsoil or turf where agreed (materials charged separately)

• dispose of waste at licensed facilities and provide waste transfer details on request

• are you insured for public liability and do you hold waste carrier registration

• will you provide a written quote that includes waste disposal and materials

• how many operatives and what equipment will be on site

• can you confirm where waste/skip will be placed and any extra skip charges

• do you need permission for tree works or access to side/rear gardens

How to Avoid Surprises

• ensure clear access to the garden and move vehicles off the drive

• point out gates, narrow paths, steps or low-hanging wires before work starts

• check for protected trees, nesting birds or other wildlife that may delay work

• confirm parking, permit needs or agreed skip placement with your neighbours

• secure pets and cover delicate plants before work begins
