Most tidy and weed‑removal visits take 2–6 hours for a typical suburban garden; small front gardens may be 1–2 hours and heavily overgrown sites can take a full day or more

Questions to Ask Your Tradie

• What exactly is included in the price and do you charge a call‑out fee?

• How will you dispose of green waste and are skip or haulage costs included?

• Do you use herbicides and can you provide the product details and safety data?

• Are you insured for public liability and do you carry waste carrier registration?

• Do you bring tools and a second person if needed for heavy clearing?

• Can you show references or photos of similar tidy and weed‑removal jobs?

How to Avoid Surprises

• Clear access and mark any buried services or sprinkler heads

• Provide parking or allow use of your drive for the van

• Tell the tradie about pets, ponds and areas you want left untouched

• Agree disposal method and any extra charges for heavy or contaminated waste

• Ask for a written quote that lists materials, labour and waste costs
