Scope of Works

• Inspect lawn and assess grass height, weeds and bare patches

• Mow lawn to agreed height and collect or mulch cuttings

• Trim edges and strim around paths, beds and fences

• Clear moss and debris from turf and blow off hard surfaces

• Apply lawn feed or seed if requested and agreed as an extra

• Remove green waste and leave the area tidy

Most routine visits take 30–90 minutes for a small to medium suburban lawn; larger lawns or additional services such as scarifying, aeration or top dressing typically take 2–4 hours or may require a follow-up visit.

Questions to Ask Your Tradie

• How often would you recommend visits for my lawn size and condition?

• Is fertiliser, weed control or overseeding included or charged extra?

• Do you remove green waste and how is it disposed?

• What equipment will you use and do you need access to power or water?

• Are you insured for accidental damage and can you provide a liability certificate?

• Can you provide references or photos of similar lawns you maintain?

How to Avoid Surprises

• Ensure clear access and a parking spot close to the garden

• Move toys, plant pots and lawn furniture out of the way

• Point out buried irrigation pipes, sprinklers or shallow cabling before work

• Confirm access to an outdoor tap and a mains power socket if needed

• Let the crew know about aggressive dogs or keep pets indoors

• Agree in advance any chemical treatments and ask for product details
