Scope of Works

• Strim borders, edges and under obstacles then mow the main lawn to an even height

• Trim around paths, patios, fences and flowerbeds with a powered trimmer

• Collect and bag grass cuttings or use a mulch option if agreed

• Remove larger arisings, sweep paths and tidy borders as part of the job

• Note and report problem areas (mole hills, drainage, moss) and agree any additional work

• Operate using PPE and safe handling of fuel and chemicals where applicable

• What equipment will you use and will that affect my lawn or borders?

• Can you confirm start time, access arrangements and estimated job duration?

• Will you treat moss or weeds and do you use chemicals that I need to be aware of?

How to Avoid Surprises

• Clear toys, furniture and plant pots from the lawn before arrival

• Ensure gate width and access route are suitable for equipment and tell the tradie about narrow gaps

• Provide a parking space near the property or let them know about permits and drive restrictions

• Point out sprinklers, buried irrigation or fragile plants before work starts

• Let the tradie know about pets and keep them secure during the job
