• do you include green waste removal in the quote or is that extra?

• can you provide references or photos of similar maintenance jobs?

• what equipment will you use and do you need access to water or electricity?

• how do you handle pesticide or chemical treatments and what PPE do you use?

• do you offer scheduled visits and can I get a fixed weekly or fortnightly price?

How to Avoid Surprises

• confirm access, gate codes and where you want waste left or removed

• reserve a parking space near the garden and tell neighbours if a van is needed

• move fragile pots and garden furniture before work starts

• let the team know about pets, ponds or underground services

• check if permissions are needed for high hedges or boundary works
