• will you bring your own machinery and are there any access or power requirements

• how will green waste be dealt with and is disposal included in the price

• do you use herbicides and what precautions do you recommend for pets and plants

• advise on parking restrictions or arrange a permit close to the property

• point out buried services, ponds, or fragile hard landscaping before work starts

• remove or secure pets, children’s toys and garden furniture
